1. Talk to Jose.
2. Go to Porto Bello Hold or Porto Bello Deserted Quay and hunt Armed Tortoises for the quest items.
3. Return to Jose.

Required level: 48
1. Talk to Jose to start an instanced mission, defeat Jose (and Claude if he appears) to proceed.
2. Talk to Jose to receive Jose Cortasar Character Card.
